Planning a wedding and using Lumera to find suppliers.
How does Lumera work?
Lumera is a directory of verified wedding suppliers across the Philippines. Search by category and city, shortlist the ones you like, and send an inquiry directly to the supplier through the platform.
Every supplier listed has been reviewed by our team before being marked as verified, so you start from a vetted shortlist instead of unfiltered listings.
How do I search for suppliers?
Open Find suppliers, pick a category (venues, photo & video, planning, and more), then narrow by city or province. You can also browse the map view to see suppliers around a specific area.
How do I send an inquiry?
On any supplier’s profile, use the inquiry form to share your wedding date, location, and a short message. The supplier will receive it in their Lumera inbox and can respond with a quote.
You’ll need a free Lumera account to send inquiries so the supplier knows who they’re replying to.
How do I know a supplier is verified?
Verified suppliers carry a Lumera Verified badge on their card and profile. We check business documentation and identity before granting the badge — see the verification section below for details.
What does “Quoted” or “Booked” mean on my inquiry?
Quoted means the supplier has sent you a quote with pricing and terms. Review it on the inquiry page and reply if you have questions.
Booked means the supplier has confirmed your event — you’re locked in for the date and the coordination phase begins.
Can I message suppliers directly?
Yes. After you send an inquiry, you and the supplier get a real-time message thread on the inquiry page — with typing indicators, seen receipts, and online presence so you can tell when they’re reading.
The inquiry form is just how the conversation starts; everything after that happens in the thread.
How do I leave a review?
Once your inquiry is marked Booked, a “Leave a review” option appears on the inquiry page. Pick a rating from 1 to 5 stars and optionally add a short note — only couples who booked the supplier through Lumera can review them.
Your review feeds the supplier’s average rating shown on their card and profile.
Is Lumera free for couples?
Yes. Searching, shortlisting, and sending inquiries are completely free. You only pay the supplier directly for their services — Lumera doesn’t add a fee.
How do I delete my account?
Open My plan and scroll to the Danger zone at the bottom. Click “Delete my account”, type DELETE to confirm, and submit. A 30-day grace period applies — you can cancel from the same page any time within that window. After the grace period, your profile, shortlist, and personal data are permanently removed in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).

How do I sign up as a supplier?
Start at Create supplier account. After you fill in your business details and portfolio, your profile enters our verification queue before going live.
How do I respond to an inquiry?
New inquiries land in your supplier inbox. Open the inquiry, send a quote with your pricing and terms, and the couple gets notified. Quick response times help you book more couples.
How do I update an inquiry to “Booked”?
Once a couple confirms and you’ve agreed on the date, mark the inquiry as Booked from the inquiry detail page. The event date is then auto-blocked on your availability calendar so you don’t double-book.
How do I get more inquiries?
Three things move the needle most: a complete profile (clear pricing, packages, full About section), a strong portfolio with recent work, and fast response times to incoming inquiries. Couples shortlist suppliers who feel responsive and prepared.
Is Lumera free for suppliers?
Yes — listing your business, receiving inquiries, and managing bookings are free during our launch phase. Paid plans with extra visibility and tools are planned later; you’ll always have advance notice.
How do I delete my supplier account?
Go to Settings and scroll to the Danger zone at the bottom. Click “Delete my account”, type your business name to confirm, and submit. A 30-day grace period applies — you can cancel anytime during that window from the same page. After the grace period, your public profile, portfolio, and personal data are permanently removed. Booking records are retained in anonymised form for legal and tax compliance.
Verification
How we confirm suppliers are real and ready to serve couples.
What do I need to verify my account?
You’ll be asked for proof of business (DTI / SEC / BIR registration where applicable), a valid government ID matching the registered owner, and basic portfolio samples. Submitted documents are stored privately and never shown on your public profile.
How long does verification take?
Most reviews complete within 2 business days. If we need anything else from you, we’ll email the address on your account. You can keep editing your profile while you wait — it just won’t be discoverable until the badge is granted.
Why was my verification rejected?
Common reasons: blurry or expired ID images, business documents that don’t match the account name, or a portfolio that can’t be confirmed as your own work. We’ll send a specific reason and the steps to resubmit.
My verification is taking longer than 2 days — what do I do?
Email support@lumera.com.ph with your registered email and we’ll expedite the review. Most delays are simply queue depth and we can usually unblock you within 24 hours.
