1. Plans & Pricing
Lumera offers three supplier subscription tiers: Starter (free), Pro, and Premium. Current pricing is displayed on the subscription page and is quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP). All prices include VAT where applicable.
Lumera reserves the right to adjust plan pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Price changes apply at the next renewal, not mid-cycle.
2. Billing Cycle & Renewal
Paid plans are billed monthly from the date of activation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
If payment fails, your subscription enters a 7-day grace period. During this time, your premium features remain active. If payment is not settled within the grace period, the subscription expires and your account reverts to the Starter plan.
3. Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through PayMongo. Accepted methods include:
- GCash
- Maya (PayMaya)
- Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Bank Transfer (for annual plans, contact support)
Lumera does not store your payment credentials. All payment data is handled by PayMongo in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
4. Receipts & Invoices
A receipt is issued automatically for every successful payment. Receipts are accessible from your Earnings page and include your receipt number, plan details, amount, and payment method. If you need a formal invoice (e.g. for BIR filing), email support@lumera.com.ph with your receipt number.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your plan page. Upon cancellation:
- Your premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
- Your account reverts to the Starter plan after the period ends.
- Your profile, portfolio, and inquiry history are preserved.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or service outages exceeding 48 consecutive hours. Contact support within 7 days of the charge.
6. Feature Availability
Plan features (portfolio limits, search placement, analytics, promotions) are described on the subscription page. Lumera may add features to paid plans at no extra cost.
If Lumera removes a feature included in your plan, you will be notified 30 days in advance and may cancel without penalty.
7. Fair Use
Subscription plans are for legitimate wedding supplier businesses. Lumera reserves the right to suspend accounts that:
- Use premium features for purposes unrelated to wedding services.
- Violate the Terms of Service or community guidelines.
- Engage in fraudulent activity, including fake reviews or misleading profiles.
8. Disputes & Support
For billing questions, payment issues, or disputes, contact us at support@lumera.com.ph. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
All disputes are subject to the Republic Act 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines) and RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act). See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.
9. Changes to These Terms
Lumera may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email and in-app notification. Continued use of a paid plan after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree, you may cancel before the next renewal.
